Tell us which days work for you and we’ll build the schedule around them — one shift a week keeps you on the roster. Daily pay lets you pull your earnings before payday. The work is active and hands-on: sorting, grading, and stacking lumber and pallet components on our saw lines, alongside a crew that looks out for each other. Show up, work safe, work hard, and you’ll be first in line for full-time opportunities.

Part-time associates are required to work full shifts, and may work 1 to 3 days per week based on availability. Schedules will be based on business need, no more than 30 hours per week.

1st: Mon - Fri 5:30 AM - 1:45 PM 2nd: Mon - Thur 2:00 PM - 12:15 AM

What You'll Do

• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
• Fill critical production line support functions
• Evaluate, grade, sort, and organize lumber and pallet components
• Communicate with teammates and shift leads to keep material moving
• Keep pace with the line to support your team’s production goals

What You'll Need

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to work 1 shift per week, minimum, and no more than 30 hours per week
• Experience working in a manufacturing or hands-on labor environment, preferred

• Ability to work in extreme conditions to include, but not limited to, elements, heat, cold, and air particulate 
• The noise level in the work environment depends on location.
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required (eye protection, ear protection is mandatory at several locations, safety shoes)

• Must have a good sense of balance & good eye-hand-foot coordination
