MAJOR RESPONSABILITY:
Assistant Softball Pitching Coach to help our pitchers reach their full potential. You’ll work closely with the Head Coach to develop mechanics, strategies, and mental toughness, while fostering a positive, winning team culture.

PREREQUISITES FOR POSITION (Qualification Standards):
- Education or training:Bachelor's degree required.
- Years of Experience in the field:Experience as a pitcher or pitching coach at high school, college, or competitive level. Strong knowledge of softball pitching techniques and training.
- Special skills or abilities related to the position:Excellent communication and motivational skills. Ability to participate actively in practices and games. Understanding of NJCAA rules and regulation.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Coach pitchers on mechanics, accuracy, velocity, and pitch variety
- Develop game plans and strategies for opposing hitters
- Track performance and provide constructive feedback
- Support team practices, games, and overall player development
- Collaborate with coaches on recruiting and program growth
