The Part-Time Assistant, Accounts Payable is responsible for accurate checking of PO invoices and statements for payment. Duties also include filing and office administration.
Responsibility for the accounts payable function including the reconciliation of supplier statements to purchase orders
Updating data into system or Log sheets
Checking and matching vessels of invoices to purchase orders
Administration support including filing/copying work and to run errand
Any other duties as required by Management
Service standards are consistent with departmental expectations
Ensure a complete understanding of all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Policies of the Company.
Data is processed accurately and on a timely basis, including: invoices processing, filing, etc
Maintain good relationships with team members, customers and vendors
Working experience is an advantage
Computer knowledge is essential
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Post secondary education or above
