Work That Fits Your Life.

Looking for a part-time job without committing to a traditional 8-hour workday? Whether you're balancing family, another job or simply looking to earn some extra income, our flexible 4-hour shifts make it easier to fit work into your schedule.

And if you haven't considered manufacturing before, you may be surprised by what you'll find at Lavelle. Our Whitewater facility is clean, modern and technology-driven, with automation and robotics that help make our work safer, smarter and more efficient.

As part of our Assembly team, you'll help assemble and package consumer products sold at major retailers. It's hands-on, straightforward work in a friendly team environment - and we'll teach you what you need to know.

Why You'll Like It

• Flexible 4-hour shifts. Choose available shifts that work around your life.
• No manufacturing experience required. We'll train you on the job.
• Clean, modern workplace. This isn't the old-fashioned factory you may be picturing.
• Work with a team. Get out of the house, meet people and be part of something.
• See the results of your work. Help make and package products you'll recognize on store shelves.

What We're Looking For

You should be able to:

• Work at least 12 hours per week
• Follow standard work instructions and stay focused on repetitive tasks
• Perform basic reading, writing, math and computer tasks
• Occasionally lift up to 60 pounds
• Bend, squat, kneel, reach overhead, push, pull, walk and stand for extended periods
• Work safely around normal manufacturing equipment and conditions

Pick the Hours That Work for You

Choose from available 4-hour shifts Monday–Saturday:

7–11 AM | 11 AM–3 PM | 4–8 PM | 8 PM–12 AM

Work as few as 12 hours per week or pick up additional available shifts — up to 40 hours per week.

A little extra income. A schedule that works for you. A great team to work with.
