Part-Time / As-Needed Packagers

Schedule: Thursday – Sunday, 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Weekend Availability Required
Pay: $15.00 per hour
About the Role:
We are seeking dependable Part-Time / As-Needed Packagers to support our packaging operations during peak and fluctuating workloads. This role is ideal for individuals looking for flexible, part-time work who can reliably work scheduled shifts Thursday through Sunday.
Packagers will be scheduled based on business needs and must be able to report to work as scheduled during the designated days and hours.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assemble and prepare packaging materials such as boxes, crates, and containers
• Inspect packaging materials for defects including tears, cracks, or dents
• Securely pack materials to prevent damage during storage or transit
• Stack, palletize, and label materials accurately according to work orders
• Review packing lists and ensure accuracy and completeness
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Follow all warehouse safety regulations and standard operating procedures
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management
Job Qualifications and Requirements
• High school diploma or GED required
• Reliable transportation required
• Must be able to work Thursday through Sunday, 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Weekend availability is required
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 35 - 50 pounds
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a warehouse environment
• Must follow all safety, attendance, and operational standards
