The Art Teacher will instruct students in grades K-5 in Art, following the approved procedures and curriculum of the school. The teacher will cooperatively work with other classroom teachers, pupil personnel team, and complementary subject area teachers. The teacher will be responsible for the students of the assigned class, effectively teaching the curriculum to meet individual needs of students, evaluating student progress, and communicating progress to parents.
This is a part time teaching position - to be scheduled for 2.5 days per week. Actual schedule to be determined based on organizational need and staff availability.
The Art Teacher reports directly to the Building Administration.
