Duties and Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging, evidence-based instruction to adult learners.
• Develop lesson plans aligned with student needs and testing results.
• Track student progress, attendance, and performance data.
• Provide individualized academic and personal support to promote student success.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth program operations and student-centered services.
• Support administrative tasks and cross-train in department functions as needed.
Work Conditions:
• Flexibility to work evenings and occasional weekends.
• May involve travel between program locations.
• Must be able to meet deadlines in a dynamic, student-focused environment.
Required Education
• Bachelor’s degree in education, counseling, social work, or a related field.
• 1 year of experience working with adult learners or in training/counseling roles.
• Strong communication, cultural competency, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with instructional technology and learning management systems.
• willingness to become WorkReady U certified within one year
