As ourPart-Time Admin/Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, setting the tone for the exceptional service and warm atmosphere we’re known for. This role isn’t just about answering phones, it’s about keeping the flow of communication smooth, supporting our departments, and creating a five-star experience for everyone who walks through our doors or calls in.
Schedule & Availability:
This is a part-time role requiring the following fixed availability:
Monday and Thursday Evenings: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
What You’ll Be Doing
Be the voice of the company: Answer incoming calls with professionalism, friendliness, and efficiency.
Keep communication flowing: Take accurate messages, transfer calls, and determine when interruptions are (and aren’t) appropriate.
Welcome with warmth: Greet showroom customers, guide them to the right person, and ensure they feel at home.
Administrative support: Handle outgoing mail, type correspondence, prepare documents, and maintain company records.
Keep things running: Order supplies, process time cards, prepare packets, pull keys, and support our sales team.
Jump in where needed: Perform other duties that help our team succeed.
