We install, maintain, monitor, and inspect a wide range of integrated building protection systems, including access control, video camera surveillance, fire alarms, and burglar alarms. There is a consistent need for support with daily accounting tasks, including , following up on past-due accounts, applying customer payments, entering vendor invoices, reconciling vendor/customer statements, and maintaining accurate records in QuickBooks. These responsibilities require considerable time and attention to keep transactions current and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Proposed Responsibilities
· Enter and code vendor invoices and match them to purchase orders and receiving records.
· Record customer payments.
· Send customer statements and follow up on past-due invoices.
· Research missing invoices, unapplied payments, and billing discrepancies.
· Organize receipts and support bank and credit card reconciliations.
· Assist with routine month-end preparation.
