We are looking for a Part-Time Accounting Clerk to join our Finance team!  20hrs per week.  Shift options are 9am - 1pm or 12pm - 4pm.

QualificationsSPECIFIC DUTIES:
- Maintain recurring rent entries in Accounts Receivable module for non – rep payees.
- DTA food stamp applications; filling out forms, awards letters, and documentation that goes with the applications.
- Swiping DTA food cards once a month and log on to an Excel spreadsheet.
- Performing reconciliations on American Training representative payee accounts monthly.
- Process Rep Payee bill pay from RFMS/US Banking system.
- Updates yearly charge for care letters and complete mailing for rent invoices for Residents for whom ATI is not Rep Payee.
- Maintains Social Security and DTA file maintenance.
- Petty cash monthly reconciliation.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications
- High school graduate with basic office skills, bookkeeping and record keeping experience
- Computer skills with proficiency in Windows Office, Excel and Word.
- Knowledge of accounting software and automated spreadsheet applications.
- Must be well organized and process good time management skills.
- Must be able to communicate both verbally and in writing.
- Must be able to prioritize assignments on work under stress.
