This position is a part of our enterprise supply chain organization. Our specialists will be working very heavily with our customers (maintenance leaders) who are requesting parts for their customer's (aircraft owners). It is an individual contributor role where you would be answering high volume of emails and phone calls. Strong customer service focus is integral to this position due to the deadlines our customers are facing. It is onsite and a first shift position. We do ask our team members to have flexibility based on business needs. Corridor experience is preferred.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, or a related curriculum required or or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Entry level position. Relevant experience preferred..
Position Purpose:
Under general supervision, perform the activities associated with Part Sales Support domestic order processing. Ensure orders are processed in accordance with established regulatory guidelines. Research customer problems, issues or complaints in support of resolution.
