Why We're Hiring

As our installed customer base continues to grow, we are looking for a Parts Sales Assistant to strengthen our Aftermarket team. In this role, you will support our commercial aftermarket activities across EMEA by helping customers and agents find the right spare parts, consumables, retrofit solutions, and services that keep their operations running efficiently.

Your Role

As Parts Sales Assistant, you will:

• Support aftermarket sales activities through proactive customer and agent engagement.
• Identify customer needs and sales opportunities, working closely with Territory Managers to develop appropriate solutions.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure timely follow-up on contracts and agreements.
• Advise customers on spare parts, machine modifications, retrofit solutions, upgrades, and related services.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations to maximize conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
• Process customer orders and quotations accurately within SAP/ERP systems.
• Verify machine configurations and ensure correct parts are ordered for customer installations.
• Coordinate delivery schedules, transportation options, and order confirmations with customers.
• Monitor order progress and proactively communicate updates regarding delivery dates and shipment status.
• Handle customer complaints and coordinate resolutions with relevant departments.
• Manage intercompany orders and contract orders in accordance with company procedures.
• Support the promotion of CPM services, including maintenance agreements, machine upgrades, and the myCPM customer portal.
• Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and customer events when required.
• Contribute to internal and external projects that support CPM's strategic objectives.

What You Bring

• MBO+/HBO level education, preferably in a commercial, technical, or business-related field.
• Experience in sales support, customer service, inside sales, or aftermarket operations.
• Strong commercial awareness and customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to understand technical products and translate customer requirements into practical solutions.
• Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Proactive, team-oriented, and solution-focused approach.
