PRYER Aerospace is hiring a Full Time Parts Identification Processor. PRYER Aerospace is a leading provider of structural components, assemblies and kits to the aerospace industry. We specialize in the fabrication of complex sheet metal and machined components for commercial, corporate and military aircraft. ASK ABOUT OUR SIGN ON BONUS!

Performs the necessary functions to properly identify the parts manufactured and support other processes as needed.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Stamp/Mark all finished parts in accordance with the customer specification & engineering requirements.
• Set up and operates stamp machine in order to import proper part marking codes to finished parts.
• Engrave part markings where appropriate and required by the customer specifications.
• Obtain a first part verification of every job or batch of parts marked.
• Perform routine maintenance on the stamp machine.
• Support the company and department business goals and objectives for Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety and Attitude (QCDSA).
• Function as a team member and under minimal supervision.
• Perform essential functions at the discretion of the Operations Manager.

Qualifications

EDUCATION High School diploma or equivalent or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

EXPERIENCE

• One to three (1-3) months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Operational knowledge of automatic printing equipment preferred. Experience reading blue prints or engineer drawings.

COMPUTER SKILLS Able to input information to computer and store files.
