JOB POSTING

Position Title: Parking Lot Attendant

Department: Parking and Transportation

Classification: Winter Seasonal, Full-Time

Ensures the orderly parking of incoming vehicles while maintaining positive guest relations and collection of all daily parking fees required.

Job Duties

• Excellent guest service is required.
• Collects parking fees and distribution of daily parking passes
• Safe and orderly parking of incoming traffic.
• Daily trash pickup from parking lots and along village lot boundaries.
• Keeps all signs, cones, and marker poles straight and visible.
• Enforces parking rules (reports violators to Supervisor/Foreman).
• Ropes, stanchions and cones daily deployment and removal
• Sand icy areas when sanding vehicles are unavailable
• Assists troubled guests when possible.
• Snow and ice removal as assigned.
• Performs any project or other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Foreman.
• Cross trains to assist Guest Services.

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Neat appearance.
• Positive attitude - this job is guest service oriented due to the fact the Parking Lot Attendant is the first person our guests may encounter daily.
• Good communication skills.
• High School Graduate or G.E.D. equivalent required.
• Ability to lift 50lbs.
