About the Role

Parking Attendants guide patrons to parking spaces, assist with post-event traffic flow, and provide directions while working flexible summer hours outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Job Responsibilities

  • Direct arriving patrons to available parking spaces prior to and during events.

  • Assist with post-event vehicle egress from Tanglewood parking lots in accordance with Tanglewood facilities practices and protocols.

  • Provide assistance to patrons in need of directions to the concert venue.

Required Education and Experience

Requirements

  • Required to work days, nights and weekends throughout the summer.

  • Must be able and willing to work in all types of weather conditions.

  • A firm professional presence with the demonstrated ability to provide clear, effective direction to patrons

  • Position requires standing and walking for several hours at a time.

  • Work begins in June through mid-September.

  • Appropriate attire required.

Pay Rate Range: $18.25 – 18.75
