Park Inc. is looking for an energetic, reliable, and customer-focused Parking Garage Attendant to join our crew at the Target Brooklyn garage. If you love staying active, helping people, and keeping things moving, this is the spot for you.
The Schedule (The Perfect Part-Time Gig):
- Days: Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday
- Hours: 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM (22.5 hours/week)
- Get your work week done in 3 days and enjoy a 4-day weekend!
The Pay:
- $17.58 / hour (Day Shift)
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Be the Face of the Garage: Greet arriving and departing guests with genuine Brooklyn warmth. You’re the first and last impression they get!
- Master the Tech: Assist customers with parking directions and help them navigate automated ticketing and payment machines like a pro.
- Keep It Secure: Monitor the facility, keep an eye on security cameras, and ensure all windows, doors, and locks are secure.
- Maintain the Ground: Ensure the facility stays clean, safe, and sharp. This includes keeping things tidy, directing traffic flow during peak rush hours, and teaming up with the garage manager to tackle daily operations.

QualificationsMinimum

Qualifications:
- Customer Service Skills: Friendly, professional, and able to handle guest concerns effectively.
- Communication Skills: Clear and courteous when interacting with guests and team members.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, bend, kneel, or climb if needed.
- Work Environment: Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions (rain, snow, heat, cold, etc.).
- Can-Do Attitude:  Willingness to keep the garage clean and tidy including picking up trash, snow removal, powerwashing, etc.
- Team Player: Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional Appearance: Must be neatly groomed and presentable.
- Reliability: Punctuality and a stable work history are essential.
