Job Purpose:
- To assist the General Manager in the daily operations of the Fast Park facility, ensuring smooth and efficient parking services for customers while maximizing revenue and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. This role involves supervising staff, managing customer interactions, overseeing financial transactions, and maintaining the overall appearance and functionality of the parking facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the daily operations of the Fast Park facility, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, and inventory management.
- Supervise and train parking attendants, providing guidance on customer service, cash handling procedures, and parking lot management.
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing assistance with parking-related issues.
- Manage financial transactions, including cash handling, credit card processing, and daily revenue reconciliation.
- Monitor and maintain the parking facility, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and proper functioning of equipment.
- Enforce parking rules and regulations, issuing citations as needed and addressing any security concerns.
- Assist with marketing and promotional activities to attract and retain customers.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on parking activity, revenue, and expenses.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for both customers and employees.
- Communicate effectively with the staff and customers.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and company policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent. Associate's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred.
Required

Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in parking operations, customer service, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably within the parking industry.
- Experience with revenue management and financial reporting related to parking operations.
- Experience handling customer complaints and resolving conflicts effectively.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with customers, staff, and management.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Knowledge of parking regulations and procedures.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
- Ability to train and supervise staff effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Ability to operate parking equipment, such as gates and ticket dispensers.
