Job Description

The Parking Compliance Attendant is responsible for monitoring community parking areas and helping ensure compliance with established parking rules and regulations.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Conduct routine inspections of community parking areas.
• Verify that vehicles display the appropriate parking permits.
• Identify and document vehicles parked in violation of community rules.
• Issue parking notices or warnings in accordance with established procedures.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and report recurring or significant parking concerns to management.
• Respond professionally to basic resident questions regarding parking requirements.
• Report safety hazards, suspicious activity, or property concerns observed during inspections.

Qualifications

 Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).
 Professional customer service skills.
 Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.
 Time management and time critical prioritization skills.
