Under the supervision of the Facilities Operation Director, the Parking Attendant supports a safe, organized, and welcoming environment for Ibero staff, program participants, visitors, volunteers, and community members. This position monitors and screen parking lot activity, guides vehicles, greets visitors professionally, observes and reports safety concerns, and follows agency procedures related to campus access and public safety.

Physical Demands:
The position requires frequent standing and walking for extended periods, outdoor work in varying weather conditions, and occasional bending, reaching, or lifting of up to approximately 25 lbs. The employee must be able to communicate clearly in person and by phone or radio, observe parking lot activity, and respond promptly to supervisor’s direction or safety concerns.
