RESPONSIBILITIES
Serves as a positive representative of University Health by assisting patients, visitors, physicians, and staff with parking directions, wayfinding, and parking-related concerns. Assists in maintaining safe, accessible, and efficient parking operations across owned, leased, and remote parking facilities. May support troubleshooting and minor operational adjustments to parking equipment and coordinate service needs for parking access systems as directed.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent is required. Experience in customer service, cash handling, parking operations, hospitality, transportation, or a related service environment is preferred. Demonstrated ability to accurately handle and safeguard funds, provide excellent customer service, and work independently in a fast-paced environment is required. Experience working with parking revenue equipment, parking access systems, gate equipment, pay stations, or related operational systems is preferred. Ability to interact professionally with patients, visitors, staff, physicians, and the general public while maintaining a customer-focused approach is required.
