THE JOB:
As a Parking Ambassador at The Bellagio, you create a welcoming first impression by delivering friendly, efficient service from the moment guests arrive. You’ll manage vehicle flow in a fast-paced environment, ensuring safe and seamless parking operations while minimizing congestion and delays. As a knowledgeable property ambassador, you’ll assist guests with hotel information, local attractions, and personalized recommendations. You’ll also address guest concerns with professionalism, escalating issues as needed and maintaining a secure, service-focused environment.
THE STARTING RATE: $14.65 hourly
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Warmly greet all arriving guests at parking entrance while providing courteous, efficient, and enthusiastic parking services
Meet the demands of a fast-paced environment by following all protocols and using good judgment to assist with regulating the movement and flow of vehicles to avoid traffic congestion and delays
Serve as an ambassador for the property, be knowledgeable of all hotel services/features/offerings, and familiar with local attractions/activities/events in order to respond to guest inquiries accurately
Resolve guest problems within the scope of authority, otherwise refer to the supervisor on duty
Report all alleged thefts or missing items to the supervisor and/or hotel security for further investigation
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
High School Diploma or GED required
6+ Months of prior relevant guest service experience required
