The Role

We are seeking an experienced Park Manager – Qualified Chef for our site at Harts Rangeto manage a 33-room remote workforce accommodation camp.

This is an 18-month FIFO contract on a 12:6 roster, flying to Alice Springs and travelling to site in a company vehicle.

This hands-on role combines Park Management, team leadership and commercial cooking.

  • Staff rostering and accommodation bookings.
  • Client and site management.
  • Food preparation and meal service.
  • Stock ordering and food safety compliance.
  • Maintaining high standards of service, presentation and cleanliness.

About You

You will be a confident, hands-on leader who enjoys working in a remote environment and has strong hospitality experience.

Essential requirements:

  • Certificate III in Commercial Cookery.
  • Minimum 3 years’ post-qualification experience.
  • Strong leadership and people-management skills.
  • Computer literate, including rostering and booking systems.
  • Food Safety Supervisor Certification and HACCP experience.
  • Current Australian Driver’s Licence.
  • Police Clearance.

Remote/FIFO experience and First Aid certification are highly desirable.

This role may require heavy lifting (up to 20kg), kneeling, squatting, and working with chemicals and machinery.
