Job Description

We're looking for a commercially sharp, hands-on Park Manager to take the reins at Goolwa, one of South Australia's most loved coastal destinations!

This is a leadership opportunity with real ownership, real impact, and a lifestyle to match!

Salary & Start Date

  • OTE: $140,000. (includes Base Salary, Super, Bonuses & Housing)
  • Target start Date: Monday 7 July 2026

The Role

You'll run the park like it's your own!

That means:

  • Leading a team of 20-30 Staff
  • Taking pride in our product: 65 cabins & 152 sites
  • Driving revenue, occupancy, and performance (during peak season the park is absolutely buzzing, we hit 100% occupancy)
  • Owning the guest experience end-to-end
  • Making decisions that actually move the needle

About You

We're looking for a commercial leader, you've likely:

  • Run a park, hotel, resort, or accommodation site
  • Led teams and know how to get the best out of people
  • Managed budgets, occupancy, and performance
  • Built standards… and held them

But more than anything:

You take ownership!

Before receiving a job offer, candidates must consent to a Federal Police Clearance for criminal records. Additionally, a valid Working with Children's Check specific to the state is required.

This role may require heavy lifting (up to 20kg), kneeling, squatting, and working with chemicals and machinery.
