Salary Range: $29.00 - $31.00 Hourly

INTRODUCTION:
The Archbishop, visible principle of unity in his archdiocese, is called to build up the particular Church unceasingly in the communion of all its members, and to ensure that their diverse gifts and ministries, in union with the universal Church, serve to build up all the faithful and to spread the Gospel. (Apostolorum Successores 8).  He must take care that all the affairs which belong to the administration of the whole archdiocese are duly coordinated and are ordered to attain more suitably the good of the portion of the people of God entrusted to him. (Apostolorum Successores 177).
Each position employed in the Chancery helps to extend the ministry of the Archbishop in particular ways as outlined in the position description.

Position Summary
The Archdiocese of Seattle is looking for a ParishStaq Enablement & Operations Specialist to fill a critical operational role, responsible for ensuring successful adoption, data integrity, and migration readiness for the entire archdiocesan ParishStaq ecosystem. This position will consolidates key functions—training delivery, helpdesk support, data quality management, giving statement oversight, and parish accompaniment for the ParishStaq Partners Tech Migration—into a single accountable role.
The purpose of this role is to minimize reliance on external consultants, reduce workflow disruption, and safeguard the Archdiocese’s investment in ParishStaq. The role is essential for ensuring accurate financial and donor data, maintaining migration timelines, and supporting parishes with consistent and high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities
1. Program Support & Governance
- Support program leadership with oversight of ParishStaq migration execution.
- Monitor risks, support mitigation planning, and ensure alignment with enterprise-wide governance standards.
- Partner with vendors to ensure accountability and timely issue resolution.
2. Training, Change Management & Adoption Assurance
- Develop and deliver training for parish and Chancery staff to ensure consistent and accurate use of ParishStaq tools.
- Reduce rework and avoidable support requests through proactive education and change management.
- Drive adoption outcomes that protect the Archdiocese’s ROI and overall system health.
3. Chancery Workflow Readiness & Cross-Department Coordination
- Coordinate communication across Chancery departments to ensure readiness for ParishStaq-related workflow changes.
- Align internal operations and functional processes with system capabilities and project timelines.
4. Support Operations (Parish & Chancery)
- Serve as the primary helpdesk resource for ParishStaq operational support.
- Triage and resolve issues, escalating to vendors when needed.
- Maintain operational continuity and ensure timely, high-quality service delivery to parishes.
5. Migration Execution & Parish Accompaniment
- Support the predictable and controlled execution of ParishStaq Partners Tech migrations.
- Accompany parish staff through migration steps, reducing disruption and maintaining confidence.
- Monitor migration progress and flag risks requiring leadership attention.
6. Data Quality, ETL, QA & Technical Enablement
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of ParishStaq data, including donor, giving, and sacramental records.
- Oversee processes for cleaning, standardizing, and migrating data.
- Safeguard the integrity of parish giving statements, especially during migration cycles.
- Support the creation and delivery of dashboards tracking migration health, adoption metrics, and data quality.
- Enhance audit readiness and support long-term reporting reliability.

Qualifications

Qualifications
- Experience with ParishStaq, ChMS platforms, or digital giving systems preferred.
- Strong background in IT support, training, data quality, or system administration.
- Ability to manage complex workflows and support multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and change-management skills.
- Comfort working with data quality, ETL processes, and accuracy verification.

Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications.
