Reports to the Parenting and Permanency Supervisor, the Parenting Time Specialist ( Contractor) is responsible for the implementation of the state’s Child Access and Visitation Program to assists noncustodial parents improve access and visitation time with their children. The Parenting Time Specialist (PTS) is responsible for supervising visits and providing a safe, secure environment, physically and emotionally, for children. In addition, the Parenting Time Specialist (PTS) provide individual and group education sessions in one or more of the Agency’s Parenting Plus service areas including Parenting Time (child access and visitation), Partners in Parenting, and Parenting Education Classes. These services include group education session, visitation enforcement (including monitoring, supervision and neutral drop-off and pickup).

WORKING CONDITIONS:
Normal well-lit cubicle office environment where there is little to no physical discomfort due to temperature, dust, noise, and the like. May be required to meet with staff throughout the facility and in remote offices.
