Parent Child Instructor

Schedule

• Monday - Saturday - 8:30am - 1pm (rotating)
• 15-25 weekly hours

What we expect from you...

• Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (don't worry, we'll teach you how!)
• Build relationships with parents and children ages 4 months to 3 years old. If you love older kids, we’ve got those too!
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience. We treat our members like family here.
• Be ready to LEAD. We will make a positive impact on the growth and development of the children and families of our community! But we also make a difference in the lives of our teammates! Many of the leaders in our company started in this position and have enjoyed the opportunities for upward mobility.

Experience

• Experience working with infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children (4 months–3 years)
• Strong ability to engage both children and parents in a structured class environment
• Experience leading or assisting in group activities such as singing, movement, and guided play
• Comfortable leading 45–50 minute instructor-led classes with energy and confidence
• Excellent communication skills with both young children and adults
• Ability to coach and guide parents on child development activities and class participation
• Customer service experience interacting with families in a positive, professional manner
• Basic computer skills including scheduling systems, check-in software, and data entry
• Comfortable answering phones, assisting with inquiries, and handling front desk responsibilities
• Ability to multitask and transition between teaching and administrative duties
• Experience maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment for young children
• Team-oriented with a positive, upbeat attitude
