My Gym Children's Fitness Center is a 500+ locations strong franchise offering the BEST recreational fitness and gymnastics programs and blowout birthday parties for children ages 6 weeks to 10 years of age. We are looking for someone who genuinely loves children and can be silly, fun, and outgoing. It's also important that you be a "people person" as interacting with parents and their children is a primary role of our team members. You will be leading parent participation and independent classes, parties, camps, and events. Additional duties include 25+lbs of lifting (children & equipment) day-to-day cleaning, and providing excellent customer service through class quality.
Position Requirements:
- Ability to work 20+ hours per week, including weekends and Monday from 12-4:00.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience with children is required
- A healthy fit lifestyle preferred.
- Outside (of work) studying / memorizing.
- Personality and energy.
- Clean background check.
Compensation:
Starts at $18.50-$20.00 per hour based on experience- High possibility of pay raise and tip earring after 90 day period.
