About the Role

As a Parcel Analyst at Vision Government Solutions, you will play an important role in delivering high-quality parcel inventory projects that support accurate and reliable property records. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys analytical work, problem-solving, and working with specific project tools and systems in a remote environment. In this role, your contributions will help ensure parcel data is accurate, compliant, and aligned with project standards.

Responsibilities include

  • Consistently meet daily production goals while maintaining accuracy, quality standards, and adherence to project timelines.
  • Analyze aerial imagery to identify and verify changes in property characteristics, structures, outbuildings, and land use.
  • Conduct comprehensive parcel inventories, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency of property data.
  • Enter and update parcel data in client CAMA systems and internal tools, as applicable to project requirements.
  • Review and update existing dwelling sketches using PDF editing tools to reflect structural changes or corrections.
  • Verify and update land classifications to accurately reflect the property’s class and actual use.
  • Review parcel records for discrepancies and escalate unclear or inconsistent data for further review when needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive property data.
  • Ensure assigned work is completed in accordance with project guidelines, client requirements, and quality standards.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to support workflow, quality, and project completion.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve data quality, workflows, and processes.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and company-wide initiatives as required.
