
Caesar Rodney High School is currently seeking Paraprofessionals for the 2026-2027 school year to fulfill various needs in the building based on student enrollment, IEP's, programming and instruction. Positions may include Instructional Paraprofessional, Additional Support Paraprofessional, or other specific assignments, as detailed by administration, to support student achievement and well-being. All positions are full-time. This is a temporary position for School Year 2026-2027.
QUALIFICATIONS Individuals who currently hold or are eligible for an Instructional Paraeducator Permit are encouraged to apply. Candidates must apply online.
REQUIREMENTS To qualify for the permit, you must meet one of the following:

Hold an associate degree or have completed a minimum of 60 semester hours from a regionally accredited institution, with a grade of "C" or better in each course
(Final approval of accepted credits is determined by the Delaware Department of Education.)
