Job Description

Salary Range/Hourly Rate: Per Paraprofessional Contract, Level 1

Start Date: ASAP

Work Days: Monday-Friday, 7 hours per day

Student Level: High School 9-12

Position Summary:

Performs intermediate student support work assisting the classroom ML teacher by working with students individually or in small groups, and related work as apparent or assigned. Work is performed under the moderate supervision of building administration.

Education and /or Experience:

High school diploma or GED and moderate experience working with children, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Associates/Technical degree preferred.

Special Requirements:

Must hold an AA/AS degree, have completed 60 semester credits or pass the MN Parapro test

Training in Blood Borne Pathogens

Experience working with secondary students, preferred.

Bilingual, preferred
