Three (3) Paraprofessional Positions Available
OF POSITION The Paraprofessional provides instructional, behavioral, social-emotional, and personal care support to elementary students under the direction of teachers, building administrators, and other designated staff. The Paraprofessional assists in creating a safe, supportive, and positive learning environment that promotes student success, independence, and well-being.
The Paraprofessional works collaboratively with teachers, students, administrators, and families to support individual student needs and classroom goals. Responsibilities may include assisting students with academic activities, behavior management, personal care needs, lunchroom supervision, and after-school bus supervision. The position may also require participation in professional development and training, working outdoors in various Michigan weather conditions, and performing other duties as assigned by the building principal or teacher.

COMPENSATION $13.50 (Probationary) $14.27 (After 90 days probation) As per the Paraprofessional Contract.
