In this role, you'll support our team with office operations, scheduling, and team coordination while contributing to relationship management and client service. This internship offers a unique opportunity to explore the financial planning profession, develop valuable skills, and potentially transition into a long-term role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare comprehensive financial analyses and plans tailored to client needs.
• Support the analysis, rebalancing, and administration of client investment portfolios.
• Conduct investment research and provide detailed reports and insights.
• Assist in processing client service requests efficiently and professionally.
• Develop and implement workflows and procedures to optimize team efficiency and enhance the client experience.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to anticipate and fulfill client needs.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
