As an Parameterization Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of manufacturing data within the ERP system. In this role, you will support the implementation of new products, maintain production technologies, perform cost calculations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the ERP system accurately reflects manufacturing processes and business requirements. You will play a key role in driving system optimization, supporting operational efficiency, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Create and maintain new products, bills of materials, routings, and manufacturing technologies within the ERP system.
Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of ERP data through regular verification and updates.
Perform product cost calculations and support pricing activities for new and existing products.
Prepare quotations, estimates, and related analytical reports to support business decisions.
Collaborate with Product Engineers, Process Engineers, Technologists, Programmers, and global engineering teams to define and implement appropriate manufacturing processes in the ERP system.
Work closely with Procurement and Production Planning teams to ensure proper ERP system parameterization and material planning accuracy.
Provide technical and system-related support to internal stakeholders across different departments.
Analyze Engineering Change Notifications (ECNs) and implement required updates within the ERP system.
Participate in local and international projects related to ERP systems, manufacturing processes, and operational improvements.
Lead and support initiatives focused on ERP process optimization and system efficiency improvements.
Drive continuous improvement activities aimed at enhancing ERP functionality and alignment with business requirements.
Develop and maintain a structured knowledge base to support best practices, process standardization, and knowledge sharing

For This Role, You Will Need:
Secondary or higher education, preferably in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Business Systems, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience working with ERP systems in a manufacturing environment.
Communicative level of English, both written and spoken.
Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and engineering drawings.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively under time pressure while managing multiple priorities.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
Experience with manufacturing ERP systems and product master data management.
Knowledge of production planning, procurement, and manufacturing processes.
Experience supporting new product introductions (NPI/NPD) within ERP environments.
Experience implementing Engineering Change Notifications (ECNs) and system change management.
Proven track record in ERP process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
Experience working in an international and cross-functional environment.
Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
