We are currently recruiting for a qualified Paramedic to join our team in Balclutha!

This is a permanent holiday relief position working a DDNN 12 hour 4x4 roster.

We are looking for driven and compassionate individuals who are committed to help us achieve our mission, and who have a willingness to demonstrate behaviours that align with Hato Hone St John core values -  Do the right thing, Side by side, straight up, Make it better, Open minds. 

Qualifications

Ko wai koe - About you:

  • Current employee of Hato Hone St John
  • Hold Paramedic ATP and be registered with Te Kaunihera Manapou Paramedic Council
  • Excellent operational and clinical performance to date
  • Excellent driving record
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus
  • A genuine commitment to the wellbeing of others
  • The ability to work under pressure as part of a team
  • New Zealand citizenship, permanent residency or work visa
  • Demonstrated behaviours that align with Hato Hone St John's core values - Do the right thing (Mahi Tika), Side by Side (Tū Tahi), Straight Up (Mahi Pono), Make it better (Whakapai Ake), Open Minds (Whakaaro Nui)
