We are seeking an experienced Paralegal/Support Lawyer to join our Funds practice This role will provide comprehensive support across a broad range of fund formation, fund raising and investment management matters, working closely with partners, associates, clients and external stakeholders to ensure matters progress efficiently and to the highest standard.
The successful candidate will be a confident communicator with the ability to influence, coordinate and build strong relationships across multiple stakeholder groups, helping to drive complex funds matters forward and ensuring key deliverables are met.
Given the global nature of the practice and the need to support US-based teams and clients, this role may require regular working hours aligned to the New York market, typically 2:00pm to 10:00pm UK time
