Paralegal – Wage & Hour Class Action

Locations: Los Angeles, Irvine, or Oakland, CA

Our client is seeking an experienced Paralegal to support attorneys on wage & hour class action cases. This is a high-volume role requiring strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple cases at once.

What You’ll Do

• Draft and prepare pleadings, discovery, and legal correspondence
• Proofread and edit legal documents for accuracy
• Conduct legal research and gather case information
• Manage case files and maintain deadlines/calendars
• Assist with depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trial prep
• Communicate with clients and support attorneys day-to-day

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of paralegal experience in employment law (wage & hour preferred)
• Strong experience with e-filing (state and federal courts)
• Experience handling discovery, calendaring, and trial preparation
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Proficient with legal research tools (LexisNexis, Westlaw)
• Experience with case management systems (Litify or similar)
• Spanish a plus

Compensation

• $35–$57/hour depending on experience
