The paralegal studies instructor will instruct course(s) in the LSU Paralegal Studies program, which is a non-credit certificate program located in the Professional Development department of LSU Online & Continuing Education.
Job Responsibilities:
Instruct course(s) in the paralegal studies courses. Duties include weekly lectures conducted on Zoom, administering and grading assignments, quizzes, projects, and/or exams.
Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching experience. 5%
Participate in biannual faculty meetings. Other duties as assigned. 5%
Minimum Qualifications:
Juris Doctorate with 3 years of experience
Specific Experience: Experience working with paralegals or employed as a paralegal.
Preferred Certifications:
Licensed attorney
