Job Description

We're Hiring: Paralegal!

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Paralegal to support our legal team in delivering exceptional legal services. The ideal candidate will have strong research skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a solid understanding of legal procedures to assist attorneys in case preparation and client management.

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Work Mode: Work from anywhere
Role: Paralegal

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in property conveyancing matters, including preparation and review of documents.
  • Handle electronic conveyancing transactions using PEXA.
  • Draft, review, and manage legal documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Provide administrative and paralegal support to the legal team across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Liaise with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders in a professional manner.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in conveyancing and property transaction support.
  • Proficiency in PEXA platform is essential.
  • Strong command of English (written and spoken).
  • Legal background (law degree or paralegal training preferred).
  • High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work under deadlines.
  • Team player with strong communication skills

Remuneration:

MYR 4,000 - MYR 7,000
