As we continue to expand, we’re seeking an experienced Paralegal to join our Sydney CBD office, in our dynamic Personal Injury team, with preferred experience in Total and Permanent Disability (TPD) claims and the ability to assist with debt recovery through court and bankruptcy proceedings. About the Opportunity

This full-time role is ideal for a seasoned Paralegal who thrives in a high-performing team and is looking to take ownership of complex files involving insurance and recovery work. You’ll work alongside our senior lawyers and play a vital role in supporting our clients and internal stakeholders.

What You'll Do:

• Provide administration assistance by preparing important legal documents.
• Coordinate and manage client files to ensure smooth operations.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders with care and professionalism.
• Support our expert Personal Injury team in achieving the best results for our clients.
• Stay organised and ensure accurate data management through our systems.

About You:

• Minimum 2 years of experience working in a legal environment (Paralegal, Legal Assistant, or similar role).
• Demonstrated experience in managing TPD claims and/or debt recovery processes (preferable)
• You’re organised, have great time management skills, and can juggle multiple priorities.
• You have a sharp eye for detail and a passion for getting things done efficiently.
• A positive, ‘can-do’ attitude and great communication skills are your superpowers.
