Job Description

• Administration of trusts and executries, including high-value taxable estates
• Assisting with asset protection and capital gains tax mitigation in relation to trusts and executries
• Managing guardianship administration matters
• Drafting wills and powers of attorney
• Maintaining regular client contact via telephone, email, and written correspondence
• Working collaboratively with the wider Private Client team, including Partners, Solicitors, Paralegals, and Trust and Tax Accountants
• Ensuring effective financial management of your own caseload

• Previous experience within a Private Client team is essential
• Experienced in executries and trust administration, together with drafting wills and powers of attorney, are strongly encouraged to apply
• The ability to manage your own caseload effectively while working to strict deadlines and balancing competing priorities
• A strong commitment to delivering the highest standards of client care and service is essential, alongside a proactive approach to learning and keeping technical knowledge up to date
• You will demonstrate excellent accuracy and attention to detail, with strong written and verbal communication skills. 
• The ability to communicate confidently and clearly, adapting your approach appropriately when engaging with colleagues and clients.
• A genuine interest and enthusiasm for Private Client work is required
• Case management and IT skills are advantageous, although full training and system support will be provided
