We’re offering a rare opportunity for a developing Paralegal to join our Litigation practice in Darwin, working for George Roussos
About the Role and Team
We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our Darwin team. This role is ideal for a law student looking to gain hands-on experience in litigation.
We help individuals and organisations resolve workplace, compensation, health and safety, and business disputes through courts, tribunals, negotiation and mediation.
Working closely with our lawyers, you'll assist with legal research, document preparation, client communication and file management, while gaining exposure to a broad range of dispute resolution matters.
This is a casual role, offering 3-4 days a week, with flexibility with your choice of working days.
About You
Our ideal candidate is a motivated law student or recent graduate who is eager to develop their litigation skills and gain hands-on experience in a supportive team environment.
You will have strong research, analytical and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
You'll be a confident communicator who enjoys building relationships, delivering excellent client service and contributing positively to a collaborative team culture.
