Longton Compensation Lawyers is seeking a Paralegal / Legal Assistant fluent in Farsi to join our Personal Injury team, supporting matters across Workers’ Compensation and CTP. This hands-on role is ideal for a proactive, organised professional who enjoys working closely with lawyers, clients, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to solicitors across workers’ compensation, CTP claims, and TPD claims.
• Draft legal correspondence, forms, and supporting documentation
• Liaise with clients, insurers, medical providers, counsel, and other stakeholders
• Collate and prepare briefs, evidence, and hearing materials
• Provide Farsi–English translation and client communication support
• Maintain accurate, compliant file management and monitor deadlines
• Uphold strict confidentiality and contribute to team efficiency

Key Requirements

• Previous experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant, preferably within personal injury matters
• Fluency in Farsi is required to support client communication
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and excellent organisational abilities
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, reliable, team-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality
