If you have established yourself as a career Family Law Paralegal, this is your opportunity to join a supportive and collaborative team.
You will support and be supported by an experienced and highly regarded team of senior Family Law practitioners and paralegals. Our Family Law team moves fast for our clients, and we are looking to connect with someone who shares our proactive yet empathetic approach to the work we do.
Once established in the team, there is opportunity for flexible working arrangements including hybrid location, working from home and our CBD office for team days.
Your workday will include:
• Communicating with our clients in person, by email or over the phone;
• Drafting correspondence and documents;
• File management;
• Monthly billing and debtor control; and
• Supporting our Family Law team to achieve the team goals.
Experience and skills we are looking for
• Knowledgeable family law paralegal with a minimum of 3 years’ experience;
• You will enjoy working in a fast paced environment with plenty of client contact;
• Thrive on following, implementing and continuously improving processes;
• You will have a desire to learn, a strong attention to detail, be able to communicate effectively and have a positive, professional and motivated approach to the work that you do;
• Be passionate about sharing your knowledge with others; and
• Contribute to the business by providing feedback and participating in team activities.
