Opportunity

We would like to hear from an enthusiastic, experienced and driven paralegal who is interested in joining our Estate Planning team. If you are wanting a role where your skills and contribution will be recognised and rewarded – this could be the opportunity for you. For the right candidate we are open to exploring flexible work arrangements around study or family commitments.

Your day will look like:

• Communicating with our clients in person, by email or over the phone;
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents;
• Diary and file management;
• Invoicing and debtor management; and
• Supporting our Estate Planning team to achieve the team goals.

Experience and skills we are looking for:

• Preference for knowledgeable estate planning paralegal with a minimum of 3 years’ experience
• while others with less experience and transferable skills/interest in the Estate Planning area are
• encouraged to apply;
• You will enjoy working in a fast paced environment with plenty of client contact;
• Thrive on following, implementing and continuously improving processes;
• You will have a desire to learn, a strong attention to detail, be able to communicate effectively and
• have a positive, professional and motivated approach to the work that you do;
• Be passionate about sharing your knowledge with others; and
• Contribute to the business by providing feedback and participating in team activities
