Three Peaks International is a Sydney based staffing solutions partner which provides local and virtual staffing solutions to Australian businesses through outsourcing, recruitment, and migration.

Job

You will be working with our client's Commercial Advisory and Civil/Commercial Litigation team, supporting a Solicitor, Senior Associate and Partner in Parramatta, NSW.

Responsibilities:

• Providing proactive legal support to Solicitors
• Assisting in advice for commercial agreements, commercial leases
• Assisting in preparation and preparing for litigation
• Liaising with third parties
• Client billing
• General administration duties.

Qualifications:

• Amenable to hybrid work setup at Jollibee Tower, Ortigas (3x a week)
• Ideally some experience working for an Australian a law firm, preferably in Business/Commercial Law and/or Litigation
• Ideally experience with Actionstep, PEXA
• Experience in an office environment
• Accuracy and a minimum typing speed of 60wpm
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Drive
• Advanced organisational skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Friendly phone manner
• Positive disposition
• Eager to learn and quick to pick up new skills

Technical Requirements:

• Should have personal and working laptop/ Desktop, and one (1) back up
• Has Noise-cancelling headset (for interview and meetings)
• Back up internet connection (at least 100 mbps)
