The Opportunity

Longton Compensation Lawyers are looking for a Paralegal to join our friendly, fast-growing Personal Injury team in Brisbane. Key Responsibilities

• Support our PI lawyers and clients through every step of their journey
• Assist with files and correspondence with care and precision
• Prepare legal documents, letters, and court paperwork
• Assist with client communication and intake
• Support evidence gathering and document management
• Book appointments, manage calendars, and keep the team on track
• Provide admin support to solicitors to keep everything running smoothly

Who We Are Looking For

• Experience as a paralegal or legal assistant in personal injury
• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
• Tech-savvy and quick to adapt to new systems
• Thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Positive attitude with a ‘can-do’ approach and strong communication skills
• A people person who genuinely cares about clients and works well within a team
