Paralegal – Corporate Legal Department

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Paralegal to join our Corporate Legal Department. This role provides critical legal and operational support to attorneys and business partners across a broad range of practice areas, including corporate governance, contracts, insurance regulatory matters, compliance and transactional work.

The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with strong organizational and communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively manage multiple priorities while collaborating with diverse legal and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain organized legal files, templates, and internal tracking systems to ensure operational efficiency.
• Partner with attorneys and cross-functional teams on special projects and initiatives that support the Legal Department’s strategic objectives.
• Manage the contract intake process and administer the contract management system, ensuring accuracy, organization, and timely processing.
• Prepare, manage, and track insurance regulatory, corporate governance, and securities‑related filings
• Conduct legal and regulatory research; analyze and summarize laws, regulations, and case law for attorney review.
• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and revising contracts and other legal documents.
• Support corporate transactions, and related Know Your Customer and due diligence activities.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with attention to detail.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Sharepoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), contract management systems (e.g. Linksquares) and some experience with ChatGPT or Copilot preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of paralegal experience preferred.

Salary Range

​The pay range for this position is $70,000 to $92,000 annually. Actual compensation will vary based on multiple factors, including employee knowledge and experience, role scope, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.​
