We are seeking a Paralegal to join our Aviation practice in Singapore as a member of our Asset Finance team.

Skills and Experience Required

The Role

  • Assist the team with all aspects of aviation transactions
  • Liaising with clients in relation to transactional matters
  • Managing post-closing activities and related matter
  • Conducting due diligence
  • Proof-reading and checking of documents.
  • Checking and preparation of conditions precedent
  • Preparing transaction bibles
  • Assisting the team in consolidating and updating know-how
  • Research work

Skills and Experience Required

  • Relevant 3 to 5 years of paralegal experience.
    • Experience in aviation finance, aircraft leasing, banking and finance, asset finance, or corporate transactions.
    • Familiarity with aircraft leasing documentation.
  • Good spoken and written skills in English
  • Strong knowledge of all Microsoft office packages and research skills
  • Good academic record
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage a demanding workload and conflicting priorities.
  • Takes ownership of tasks and has initiative
  • Proactive attitude to problem solving and a flexible approach to tackling a wide variety of tasks.
  • Proficiency with file management systems and record keeping.
  • Highly organized and diligent.
