You have
Ability to use departmental and group-wide processes to drive continuous improvement across Legal Services.
Strong understanding of Home’s wider business context to provide effective, risk-aware legal advice.
Experience handling a broad range of general property matters, working independently or collaboratively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with internal and external stakeholders, including agencies.
Strong document management and IT skills, with the initiative to resolve queries independently.
