We are currently looking for a Paralegal to join our Legal team based in our London office on a 6 month fixed term contract.
This role offers the opportunity to support high priority projects, including a Third Party Risk Management programme, within a fast-paced and regulated environment.
You will work closely with a Legal Counsel to support the day to day legal workload, with a primary focus on reviewing, drafting and negotiating contracts with third-party suppliers, including IT vendors. The role will also involve supporting contract remediation activity and collaborating with colleagues across legal, procurement and compliance to ensure effective delivery of key projects.
To be successful in this role, you will have experience as a paralegal in working with commercial contracts, ideally within a corporate or regulated environment. You will be well organised, able to manage multiple priorities, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a wider team.
